As we follow Jack on his journey to the underworld, although it may be warmer than usual for fall, depending on where you live, lets take the time to appreciate life and the sleepy renewal of this life that fall and winter brings the spring time. Notice all of the changes around you and take some time for yourself to watch some leaves fall and just be in the moment.
